From Jeddah to Makkah

Travel By Road

By Train: Trains from Jeddah to Makkah depart from Haramain train station, King Abdul Aziz Airport, and Sulaymaniyah train station. Buses in Makkah can take you to the Grand Mosque of Makkah. By Road: Public transport can also be used from the Corniche central area. Use of a taxi is also an option from Al-Balad Parking to the Grand Mosque. If someone rents a car, it can be taken to Prince Mohammad bin Salman Road, Huda Al-Sham Road or the old Makkah Jeddah road. After reaching Makkah, all rented cars must be parked at the entrance of Makkah and proceed to the Grand Mosque by Makkah public buses or taxis. Other options include booking a ride via Careem, Uber or Green Taxi.

From Madinah City to Makkah

Route 15 is a major highway that connects the cities of Madinah, Yanbu, Rabigh, Jeddah, and Makkah in Saudi Arabia.
